VCPI Opens Up: All Datasets Now Immediately Available to Every Registered User
Every Virtual Cell Pharmacology Initiative dataset, existing and future, is now available to all registered users the moment it drops: more than 14,000 compounds across three releases, open under CC BY 4.0.
Fresh off the Datapoints Summit: all VCPI datasets are now accessible to every registered user, immediately as they are released. That covers the three existing releases and the new ones coming soon.
Six months and 70,000 biological samples in, we're ready to open the data to more scientists. Thank you to the early adopters ("Superusers") who spread the word and contributed compounds.
What you get now
- Over 14,000 compounds profiled across three releases
- Clean, arrayed DRUG-seq transcriptomics in THP-1 cells: one compound per well, no deconvolution
