Ginkgo Datapoints Partners with Lilly TuneLab to Close the Gap between AI Models and Lab Data

Ginkgo Datapoints will provide small molecule (ADME) and antibody developability data generation services to biotech companies in Lilly TuneLab, with ML-ready results that plug straight into TuneLab's predictive models.

Ginkgo Datapoints has signed an agreement with Lilly TuneLab, the collaborative AI/ML drug discovery platform created by Eli Lilly and Company. TuneLab gives participating biotechs access to models trained on decades of Lilly's proprietary research data.

    What TuneLab companies get

    • Discovery data generation from Ginkgo Datapoints, including small molecule developability (ADME) and antibody developability testing.
    • Automated lab infrastructure that runs experiments at scale, without manual bottlenecks.
    • ML-ready results that plug directly into TuneLab's predictive models, turning AI-generated hypotheses into validated lab data in days rather than months.
    • Standardized assay protocols across the ecosystem, which help the models learn more efficiently over time. New TuneLab members can also submit data generated through Ginkgo Datapoints to unlock additional platform model benefits.

"Layering on Ginkgo's ability to quickly generate high-quality, AI-ready datasets at any scale, we believe TuneLab participants will be able to close the loop between digital design and biological reality faster than ever before." — John Androsavich, PhD, General Manager, Ginkgo Datapoints
