Ginkgo Datapoints, Tangible Scientific, and Inductive Bio Launch ADME-One™
ADME-One™ pairs a complete high-throughput Tier 1 ADME panel with AI-driven human PK projection and integrated compound management, so teams can make lead-optimization-quality decisions as early as hit identification.
Ginkgo Datapoints, Tangible Scientific, and Inductive Bio have launched ADME-One™, a fully integrated ADME platform for drug discovery teams. It builds on the three companies' strategic partnership announced in August 2025.
Why it matters
Comprehensive ADME profiling has traditionally been reserved for lead optimization, after a lead series is already chosen. When liabilities surface at that stage, fixing them costs the most. ADME-One lets teams characterize entire series as early as hit identification: fewer surprises, fewer wasted synthesis cycles, and a better chance of advancing compounds that will succeed in humans.
One workflow, three category leaders
- Ginkgo Datapoints (data generation): all five Tier 1 assays (microsomal stability, cell permeability, kinetic solubility, CYP inhibition, and plasma protein binding), run end-to-end in Ginkgo's automated Boston lab with structured, ML-ready results.
- Inductive Bio (AI): the Compass platform turns that data into AI-driven human PK projections.
- Tangible Scientific (compound management): secure compound storage and API-enabled order submission.
