A subset of the Pharmacologically Active Compounds (LOPAC 1280) library, containing 85 compounds, was tested at 6 concentrations (9.5, 28.5, 95, 300, 900, 3000 nM) using four technical replicates in 4 human primary cell types. We used plates in a 384 well format, which were sequenced using Ginkgo’s proprietary DRUG-seq pipeline.
